Today marks the first year anniversary of my Linkin Park obsession. 

Upon hearing The Catalyst for the first time last September 4, 2010, I fell in love with it and I had it played on repeat. It sounded fresh and interesting. I swear to God, I’ve never heard anything like that before. Though the song is ridiculously 5.4 minutes long, Linkin Park managed to make it feel like you’re listening to a normal 3-4 minute song.

Because of that, I proceeded with listening to all of their albums. I’ve been inspired by their music.
